MS Rana, CMD. Giving a pep talk to the employees, Rana said during a workshop at Nashik that all those achievements have become possible thanks to the sheer hard work of its employees, and asked the work-force to improve customer satisfaction through better delivery system and cost-effective security products with consistent quality.
He further added that SPMCIL is in the phase of modernization and indigenization to make the country self-reliant in the production of state of the art security products, a statement issued last week by the ministry of finance said.
The workshop was also organized last week in backdrop of Customer Satisfaction Survey carried out by SPMCIL through M/s Genesis Management and Market Research Pvt. Ltd., (GMMR), Pune for its products during financial year, 2012-13.
