Keeping pace with the modernization of the Indian Armed Forces, BDL is poised to enter new avenues of manufacturing covering a wide range of weapon systems like surface to air missiles, air defence systems, heavy weight torpedoes, air to air missiles, making it a defence equipment manufacturer. BDL has three manufacturing units, located at Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad, Telangana, Bhanur, Medak district, Telangana and Visakhapatnam.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification

• Dy. General Manager (P&A): First Class in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Degree in HR/ PM&IR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social Science/ Social Welfare/ Social Work of 2 years duration from University/Institution recognized by Government.

• Company Secretary: Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India

• Manager, Dy. Manager & Management Trainee: First Class Engineering degree

Age Limit

• Dy. General Manager (P&A): 50 years

• Company Secretary: 45/ 40 years

• Manager: 40 years

• Dy. Manager: 35 years

• Management Trainee: 27 years
